Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolding Supervisor. The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations related to scaffolding, including dismantling, working at height, fall protection, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills
• Experience in dismantling scaffolding
• Working at Height knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in scaffolding techniques and practices
• Fall Protection knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the construction or scaffolding industry is preferred
• Valid certifications or licenses related to scaffolding are a plus
