In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation of software solutions for customers across various sectors. Accountabilities

Requirements
3 to 5 or more years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline. Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage and diffuse stressful situations calmly and professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, Saa S applications, and internet browsers. Technical skills in network configurations and cloud-based solutions. Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good documentation skills and knowledge of industry practices. Proficient decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management and compliance regulations.
