Roles & Responsibilities

Write and revise instruction guides for the assembly or manufacturing of aeronautical components. Interpret, verify, and approve engineering plans and documents. Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies, as well as the necessary tools, taking into account geometric tolerances. Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production teams to harmonize changes and resolve production issues. Participate in process optimization and technology monitoring. Update Methods documentation, analyze needs via SAP, and propose areas for improvement. Ensure the ergonomics, safety, and efficiency of work methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile

College or university degree in mechanical engineering, avionics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, electromechanical engineering, aerospace manufacturing, or a related field. At least four years of experience in the aerospace industry. Ability to read technical drawings and visualize in 3D. Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, Catia, AutoCAD, Enovia, SAP). Team spirit, perseverance, sound judgment, and analytical skills. Bilingualism (French/English) (intermediate level required). Experience in an industrial or aerospace environment is an asset.
