يقود وحدة المجموعة في المصنع- يدير ويشرف على قسم المنتج وفق الأهداف ومؤشرات الأداء المعتمدة ويصمم ويدير المبادرات فيما يخص قسم المنتج ويتحمل المسؤولية عن المعايير والحوكمة والعمليات في منطقة المسؤولية ويحدد ويدير الميزانيات لتطوير الأنشطة ضمن منطقة المسؤولية ويشرف على وحدات تنظيمية متعددة داخل قسم المنتج يقترح وينفذ إجراءات لتحسين أداء الفريق والمرونة التنظيمية والتنوع وتخطيط الخلافة والتدريب وإدارة التغيير والنمو الشخصي. المسؤولية الوظيفية لقسم المنتج على مستوى الدولة

- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في وظيفة مرتبطة بالإنتاج بحد أدنى 3 سنوات في موقع قيادي
- إتقان اللغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية بطلاقة

Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree
- Min 7 years of experience in production related position with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership position
- Fluent Frensh and English
