Activities: Manage the transfer of activities and/or the implementation of industrial development projects; Manage and plan activities, ensure workload-capacity balance, and anticipate human and material resource needs; Allocate resources (human, financial, time, material) according to the development strategy and the various industrial projects to be deployed; Lead and coordinate several multidisciplinary teams; Coordinate external service providers in industrial development projects (manage the implementation of services/subcontracting if necessary); Establish and monitor performance indicators for the transfer of activities and/or the various industrial projects; Manage the risks associated with the transfer of activities and/or the various industrial projects and address any discrepancies identified; Prepare the necessary reports for monitoring the various missions internally and to the Client; Serve as the point of contact Prioritizes Clients by providing ongoing support; anticipates new Client needs in relation to existing contracts; ensures adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards expected by the Client (ensuring the overall profitability of the project); monitors compliance with production regulations and hygiene and safety rules; proposes and implements actions aimed at the continuous improvement of existing processes; analyzes the needs related to each transfer/project to provide the necessary data for preparing technical (implementation of new equipment) and commercial proposals; ensures follow-up in the event of delayed Client deliveries by implementing a recovery plan; performs all tasks within the scope of their duties or as requested by their supervisor; manages the process of launching new products on the site
