Job Description
- Answer all calls in a timely fashion
- Abide by the and the order taking procedure.
- Use proper telephone language.
- Transfer complaints to call center supervisors.
- Always carry a professional, positive , and friendly attitude.
- Respond to customers various inquiries and provide complete product and service information when needed.
- Maintain accepted inbound call duration.
- Must exceed the calls/hr set target.
- Must not exceed the maximum set target for mistakes.
- Must promote, upsell, and increase the delivery revenue.
- Must be proactive , energetic, enthusiastic, accurate, team worker , customer service oriented, attentive to details, and can work under pressure.
- Maintain clean and orderly desk area.
- Able to attend to other tasks as deemed necessary by Management.
Other Requirements
- Candidate must be bilingual, Arabic & English Speaker
- Should be Arab National, i.e. Saudi, Egyptian, Lebanese, Jordanian & Syrian Etc
- Only Local candidates with Transferable Iqama.
