1. Executive Chef – International Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Lead full kitchen operations and team management
Develop innovative menus across various international cuisines
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff
Requirements:
8+ years in a similar leadership role
Expertise in international fine dining
Culinary degree preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
2. Sous Chef – International Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Support Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
Supervise kitchen staff and food preparation
Maintain consistent quality and hygiene standards
Requirements:
5+ years of kitchen experience, including supervisory duties
Solid technical knowledge and kitchen discipline
3. Chef de Cuisine – Plating & Food Presentation
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and presentation of dishes
Collaborate with head chefs for visual excellence
Innovate plating techniques for fine dining service
Requirements:
3+ years in upscale restaurants focusing on presentation
Strong creativity and precision in plating
4. Chef de Partie – Hot, Cold, Grill Stations
Responsibilities:
Operate individual kitchen stations with precision
Execute dishes as per recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in assigned area
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the same role
Proficiency in fundamental culinary techniques
5. Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
Create and design desserts, pastries, and sweet items
Plan seasonal dessert menus inspired by global flavors
Ensure top-tier presentation and taste
Requirements:
4+ years of pastry experience
Skilled in both classic and modern dessert methods
6. Bakery Chef
Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh breads, bakery items, and specialty goods
Maintain consistent quality and output
Adhere to bakery safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
3+ years in a bakery environment
Knowledge of international breads and pastries is a plus
