Leads and manages the Individual Development org unit of a country
o Responsible for Individual Development country organization. Manages procedures, technical standards and methods, and priorities.
o Leads the direct reports (employees) in the respective area of responsibility.
o Accountable for service delivery in area of responsibility according to defined objectives and KPIs
o Defines and steers budget for development activities in area of responsibility
o Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
o Implements policies and procedures; ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
o Designs and leads global and country wide projects in regards to Individual Developments
o Plans the regularly team activity in order to cover all the activity stages and reply to all the requests received.
o Identifies the risks, analyzes them and identifies the solutions for their reduction /removal
o Identifies potential in are of responsibility, offers active consulting, actively contributes to improvement of service delivery
o Acts internally as first contact person in field of activity on country level
o Team's monitoring and guidance in the current activity, in the problem solving processes, achievement of the objectives and fulfillment of the tasks, and own interventions whenever necessary.
o Defines the objectives, action plans and team members' responsibilities. Provides clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of the results.
o Identifies the training and development needs of subordinated direct reports and team members. Follows the subordinates' professional development and provides assistance for using newly acquired knowledge.
o Proposes and applies measures for improving the team's performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
Overall functional accountability for Individual Development function on country level, covering
o Manage area specific IT projects and programs for respective area
o Build or integrate solution via development
o Define, execute and advise tests, including maintenance of test data, document and evaluate test results
o Create operations manual and handover to operations
o Execute 3rd level support for running solutions
o Execute 2nd level support for running solutions

Your skills:

· Education Level : University degree in a relevant field
· Language: Excellent command of the English language
· Experience: Min 3 years in a relevant field
