Un(e) Lead Talent Acquisition Partner H/F
Poste basé à Tunis
Au sein de l’équipe Talent Acquisition EMEA, vous serez directement rattaché(e) à la Responsable Talent Acquisition France, Suisse & Tunisie, et serez en charge du pilotage du recrutement en Tunisie. Vous aurez pour principales missions :
Piloter l’activité recrutement sur votre périmètre (relai local du TA Manager sur le suivi des KPI’s, gestion des escalades, reporting..) Gérer les viviers de candidats tout en assurant une « Expérience Candidat » cohérente et de qualité, et la satisfaction de l’ensemble des parties prenantes, en interne. Participer à la gestion du processus de mobilité interne et à la gestion du processus de cooptation afin d’assurer une expérience cohérente et de qualité pour toutes les parties. Participer à la gestion du cycle complet de recrutement, incluant l’engagement candidats, l’évaluation des candidats, le management du processus d’entretien et la négociation contractuelle. Assurer la mise à jour de notre outil de gestion des candidatures ainsi que le suivi administratif Piloter et développer la relation avec les écoles cibles Gérer la marque employeur Participer à des projets transverses
Profil :
Bac+3/5 en RH Anglais & français courant Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse Sens critique Aisance relationnelle Esprit d’équipe Rigueur, sens de l’organisation Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement idéalement dans un environnement matriciel et international Expérience en recrutement IT impérative
