Job Purpose

The role holder will lead all manufacturing /packaging activities, ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of the performance of production machines, participate in the achievement of production objectives (OEE, yields, etc.), realize the monthly production program in collaboration with the Supply Chain department. manage the production staff.and support the production pharmacist in continuous improvement projects and on the application of good manufacturing practices, internal procedures and instructions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Responsible for the application of good manufacturing practices, internal procedures and instructions.


• Ensure that the products are manufactured and stored in accordance with the POS, the batch file, the GMPs and the marketing authorization.


• Verification that the initial and continuous training required for manufacturing and packaging personnel is provided and adapted to needs.

Day- to-day operations

• Realization of the CAPA of the production.


• Participates in the quality assurance tour in production.


• Supports the production pharmacist in continuous improvement projects and the application of various quality assurance programs, etc.


• Ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of the performance of production machines.


• Participate in the achievement of production objectives (OEE, yields, etc.)


• Ensure and assist in the maintenance of the production department of premises and equipment (preventive and curative maintenance).


• Participate in the end of year inventory.


• Verification that the initial and continuous training required for manufacturing and packaging personnel is provided and adapted to needs.


• Supervise all manufacturing activities.

• Supervise all packaging activities.


• Realization of the monthly production program in collaboration with the Supply Chain department.


• Management of production staff.


• Use of the Qualipro software documentation and action part.


• Use of the SAGE X3 software (Production module): material follow-up, operation follow-up, OF declaration, reintegration plan, Closing the OF.


• Issuance and follow-up of purchase requests relating to the production department.


• Participate in the resolution of deviations relating to production

Preparation of production performance analysis reports.

Continuous Improvement

Supports the production pharmacist in continuous improvement projects

Reporting

Immediately report to the production manager any incident or deviation.
