As
an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing
operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies
to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational
excellence. With your expertise and leadership, you will contribute to the
growth and success of our organization.
You will report directly to our Global PPE Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
Manager and you’ll work out of our Nabeul, Tunisia location on a hybrid work
schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by optimizing production
processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions
will result in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our
manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of
advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and
high-quality products to our customers. Your contributions will directly impact
our bottom line and help us maintain our position as a global technology
leader.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.
  • Execute AME deliverables for assigned NPI Projects to meet agreed upon timelines.
  • Coordinate with sites the execution of assigned Capex Projects to meet project budgets and timelines.
  • Provide
    AME resource to assigned transition/repositioning projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical
    discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering
    or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as injection
    molding, mechanical assembly, automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.

We Value:


  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with industrial robotics and machine vision systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience
    in 2D & 3D CAD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
