Job Description:


Responsibilities


  • Provides advanced  technical support through phone, email and chat support (if applicable) to French End users
  • Resolve Complex incidents related to  O365, Windows 7 and windows 10, communication tools (Cisco Jabber, Skype, Teams, Webex)
  • Implement new solutions and contribute to  knowledge data base enhancement
  • Act as Technical lead  for level 1 support
     

Qualification


  • Previous experience as IT Service Desk agent for at least 5 years
  • Knowledge of O365 and its components
  • Knowledge of SNOW and ITIL processes (ITIL certification is appreciated)
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and windows 10, components and ability to perform troubleshooting (any certification is appreciated)
  • Knowledge of communication tools (Cisco Jabber, Skype, Teams, Webex) and the most common issues happening on PCs
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and its structure
  • Basic knowledge of Azure
