The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organisation that promotes innovative, comprehensive, and sustainable migration policies. Through its regional framework, the Migration Capacity Partnerships, ICMPD delivers on its strategy in the Mediterranean, positioning modernisation as one of its four core drivers. The Border Management Programme for the Maghreb region (BMP Maghreb), implemented by ICMPD, is a EU-funded regional programme in North Africa. Focusing on providing support to the strengthening of border management capacities of Maghreb countries, the programme targets national border agencies of Maghreb countries to provide support to strategic development, purchase and maintenance of priority equipment, capacity development of necessary standards and procedures at national level, in line with international standards and human rights and rights-based approach.
Situated in the Field Office in Tunis, the postholder will play a key role in advancing programme's objectives, particularly via oversight of project deliverables, ensuring timely reporting, conducting thorough monitoring and evaluation, and performing data analysis.

Reporting and Communication Skills Fundamental knowledge in Project Management Custom Clearance: Expertise in managing customs clearance processes for project-related imports and exports, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and timely delivery of goods. Procurement Experience Budget Management and Financial Analysis: Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management practices relevant to EU-funded projects. Solid understanding of M&E frameworks and methodologies to assess project performance, impact, and outcomes.
