Job Description:

Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical support through phone, email and chat support (if applicable) to French End users Resolve Complex incidents related to O365, Windows 7 and windows 10, communication tools (Cisco Jabber, Skype, Teams, Webex) Implement new solutions and contribute to knowledge data base enhancement Act as Technical lead for level 1 support

Qualification

Previous experience as IT Service Desk agent for at least 5 years Knowledge of O365 and its components Knowledge of SNOW and ITIL processes (ITIL certification is appreciated) Knowledge of Windows 7 and windows 10, components and ability to perform troubleshooting (any certification is appreciated) Knowledge of communication tools (Cisco Jabber, Skype, Teams, Webex) and the most common issues happening on PCs Knowledge of Active Directory and its structure Basic knowledge of Azure
