Prerequisite

• Level of study : Scientific Bac+3 or higher


• Fluent English and French


• Previous experiences in Yazaki is a plus

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good communication skills


• Having the team spirit


• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product management


• Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyse the customer EDIs and forecasts


• Ensure the close production output follow up


• Send daily production follow up and realisations


• Ensure the EDIs comparisons and claim to CSC


• Regularly review the MRP parameters of FG materials


• Take immediate contingence actions to avoid production perturbations


• Close follow up of trucks departure with appropriate FG materials


• Communicate with CSC for PUS issues


• Documentation all the related data in case of fluctuations and FG obsoletes


• Premium cost (Due customer or manufacturing) control


• Review the ECN and update system accordingly


• Participate in daily /weekly meetings
