Job Purpose/Role Description:
As the Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead and manage the projects of DevOps and IT Infrastructure teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure the security and efficiency of the infrastructure and applications, both on-premises and in the cloud, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure support and IT services delivery for various stakeholders such employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain deployment automations and CI/CD pipelines
Install, deploy, and maintain updates and fixes for IT infrastructure, including Cloud services, User endpoints and network devices.
Establish, implement and maintain DevOps and IT Infrastructure Operational procedures.
Lead helpdesk support, ensuring timely resolution of issues with minimal disruption.
Manage and monitor on-premises and cloud-based applications/assets, such as Azure and Microsoft Office365 Services, and AWS cloud solutions.
Oversee supplier relations and technical third parties.
Manage software and hardware IT purchases and licences.
Collaborate with team members to manage technological infrastructure, security, and development issues effectively.
Build containerized solutions for the products.
Manage git repositories, Confluence, and Jira.
Perform incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to streamline execution and minimize errors and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with the CISO & Software Engineering Team on implementing remediation actions for identified vulnerabilities
Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and compliance requirements.

Key Attributes/Main Competencies:



Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior-level position.
Having managed a team of DevOps/Infrastructure Engineers
Background in hands-on Infrastructure Development
Knowledge in cloud solutions such as AWS and Azure
Demonstrable knowledge of change and release management principles, procedures, and techniques (SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, etc.).
Good knowledge of the following technologies: Fortigate Firewall, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, BitBucket, Azure Infra ID (AD), Microsoft Office365.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Strong project management and leadership abilities.
Extensive knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and compliance requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve problems creatively.
Good knowledge of Operating Systems and security standards.
Strong team spirit and ability to work well across teams.
Logical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to explain technical problems clearly to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experiences:



- BSc/BA in Business IT, IT, Information Systems, Business Systems Engineering, or any relevant degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level IT infrastructure and DevOps role.

Personal data that is processed with the purpose of aggregated analysis or market research is always made unidentifiable. Such personal data cannot be used to identify a certain User. Thus, such data is not considered personal data.

The consent of the data subject



The User consents to the processing of its personal data with the purpose of Controller’s handling recruiting. The User consents that personal data is collected through the Service, when Users;
make an application through the Service, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source as Facebook or LinkedIn, and that Controller may use external sourcing-tools to add additional information; and when they use the Service to connect to Controller’s recruitment department, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
The User also consents to the Controller collecting publically available information about the User and compiles them for use in recruitment purposes.
