IT Service Desk German Speaker

Mission:

By joining the IT center as an IT Service Desk you will take in charge handling IT service requests, IT incidents (incidents; events) for all supported applications and
systems.

Your tasks:

Provide assistance to users through remote access and phone support. Log IT incidents and IT service requests and maintains relevant records. Identify and classify incident types and Service interruptions. Record incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution. Analyze user issues to identify solutions and potential side effects. Escalate, if needed, unresolved IT problems to a higher level of support. Maintain documentation, update users on the process, and advise relevant parties of the actions taken.

Your profile:

Bachelor/Master´s degree in a related field Perfect communication in both german and english is mandatory A previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus Knowledge across IT technology is considered as an advantage
