Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Sales & Marketing

Intern
” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following


Marketing:


  • Support the marketing team in daily tasks ;
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements (Graphic design);
  • Assist in implementing the marketing plan and promotional campaigns;
  • Support in event planning (roadshow, exhibition, user day, Sub-dealer tour,);
  • Content creation / local adaptation (print media, digital, etc.);
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns;
  • Manage the monthly Bosch communications: Newsletter, Product info, etc;
  • Prepare briefs / presentations;
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends;
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback;
  • Secure brand awareness;

Sales:


  • Update Sales dashboards;
  • Supply monitoring on a weekly basis;
  • Assist in some administrative tasks (eg. Workon);
  • Implement and follow-up OPL’s;
  • Sales & Marketing Intern

SKILLS


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French, English and Arabic);
  • In depth knowledge of MS Office;
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop);
  • Great organizational and time management skills;
  • Passion for Marketing and strong Knowledge of its strategies and latest trends;
  • Familiarity with Social media platforms, tools and trends;
  • Independent;

  • Good Interpersonal Skills;
  • Adaptability;

Qualifications
  • Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
  • Good working knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with high attention to details;
  • Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;

Additional Information

EDUCATION


  • Master’s in marketing and/or Communication

EXPERIENCE


  • Marketing Graduate;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position. Preferably in a multinational company or a marketing agency;

Qualifications :

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and user touchpoints
  • Demonstrate strategic outlook and user centricity
  • Financial and budget responsibility

  • Bachelor/Master/MBA within Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, International Business
