About the team:


The Operations Support team acts as a global team that ensures the support and integrity of FIS’s Valdi Global Market Trading Platform.


The team is also responsible for support implementation.


Our products provide flexible, cost-efficient access to comprehensive, global, real-time and Trading data, news and analytics in a lightweight application. Helps firms quickly expand the data managed by integrating data from such vendors as S&P. Our data integrity team works closely with our vendor partners and clients to provide the cleanest data feed possible.


What you will be doing:


You will join an international team located in Tunisia and France to support the client’s requests by:


  • Provides in-depth product support to FIS Valdi clients by resolving incoming inquiries.


  • Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.


  • Troubleshoots incidents with software applications and recommends corrective action.


  • Monitor, support and maintain all Valdi hosted front-office solutions


  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the products and the detailed configurations of the clients


  • Track all cases to a successful resolution


  • Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.



What you bring:


  • The ability to work effectively within local and distributed teams .


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, providing timely and accurate solutions to numerous clients’ needs


  • Shift work required including weekend and public holidays


  • UNIX & Network understanding such as FTP, SSH, TCP/IP


  • Advanced technical skills in JavaScript (Angular JS), Perle or Python


  • Knowledge in MySQL, Jenkis, Doker ..


Added bonus if you have:


  • Financial markets and front-office business knowledge a plus. Trading/financial services technology including trading systems applications preferred.


  • XML and Scripting knowledge is a plus.
