Through its digitalization programme, IOM wishes to strengthen the institutional and technical capacities of agents of foreign residents' offices within police stations, responsible for compiling residence card application files and providing the temporary residence card. To achieve this objective, IOM will organize training of trainers for designated officers, who will then be responsible for training officers of the foreign resident offices.
