We’re expanding our operations across Dubai and are looking for a dynamic Outreach Manager to join our team. This full-time role is crucial to our growth in the MENA region, where you’ll focus on quality outreach and arranging meetings with prospective B2B car rental partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential B2B car rental partners in the MENA region.
- Convert prospects into successful meeting appointments with customers for the Sales team through a compelling pre-sales pitch.
- Set and achieve meeting targets individually and as part of a team.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer meetings, ensuring qualification and attendance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in call centers, cold calling, or a similar role.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Background: Experience in startups, the car rental industry, or fintech is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the MENA car rental market.
- Experience in business development within a fast-growing startup environment.
