SBS Tunisia is seeking a Dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Job:

Position: Business Intelligence Analyst
Working Experience: 4+ year of proven experience in data-driven environment within sales or sales support functions.
Education & Certification – Graduated in Business Administration, Finances, Data Analytics or related fields. Power BI or SQL certification is a plus.
Job Location: Tunis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• A good team player responsible for handling data analytics and Interpreting data.
• Think critically about the deliverables and plans for projects to ensure they align with the goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide valuable insights.
• Design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI.
•Develop user-friendly interfaces that enable stakeholders to understand and interact with the data effectively.
• Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner through compelling visualizations and storytelling techniques. Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Role Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, and Salesforce (CRM)
• Statistical knowledge.
• Fundamental understanding of database design concepts, data analysis, data modelling, and statistical techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
