Forvis Mazars in Tunisia is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for one of its clients, an international agri-food industry based in Greater Tunis.
Main Purpose of Job:
- Playing critical role in shaping the company's financial future and contributing to its strategic goals.
- Responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, cash flow management, and investment strategy.
- Playing key role in risk management, ensuring that the company's financial practices are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and leading the company's financial strategy, aligning it with long-term business goals.
- Overseeing the company's financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and corporate finance functions.
- Leading the financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
- Managing relationships with financial institutions, shareholders, and external partners.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the company's financial activities.
- Drive the company's capital strategy, including capital raising, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Participating in key strategic decisions as a member of the executive leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of financial experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial managerial position.
- Proven track record of success in financial management and leadership within a high-growth organization.
- Excellent level of English and French and good command of Arabic.
