Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Sales & Marketing
Intern” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following
Marketing:
- Support the marketing team in daily tasks ;
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements (Graphic design);
- Assist in implementing the marketing plan and promotional campaigns;
- Support in event planning (roadshow, exhibition, user day, Sub-dealer tour,);
- Content creation / local adaptation (print media, digital, etc.);
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns;
- Manage the monthly Bosch communications: Newsletter, Product info, etc;
- Prepare briefs / presentations;
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends;
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback;
- Secure brand awareness;
Sales:
- Update Sales dashboards;
- Supply monitoring on a weekly basis;
- Assist in some administrative tasks (eg. Workon);
- Implement and follow-up OPL’s;
- Sales & Marketing Intern
SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French, English and Arabic);
- In depth knowledge of MS Office;
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop);
- Great organizational and time management skills;
- Passion for Marketing and strong Knowledge of its strategies and latest trends;
- Familiarity with Social media platforms, tools and trends;

Qualifications
- Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;

- Fluent in English and French;
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with high attention to details;
- Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;

Additional Information
EDUCATION
- Master’s in marketing and/or Communication
EXPERIENCE
- Marketing Graduate;
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position. Preferably in a multinational company or a marketing agency;

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and user touchpoints
