Job Responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and various departments, both locally and internationally.

• Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both French and English.

• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

• Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth administrative operations.

• Leverage advanced Excel skills to assist in document preparation, data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting, including the use of functions, pivot tables, and charts.

• Support compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations.

• Conduct research, gather information, and perform analytical analysis for global projects, using Excel for data visualization and reporting.

• Perform analytical accounting tasks, ensuring accurate allocation of costs and preparing financial reports, with a focus on Excel-based analysis and forecasting.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for both local and international teams, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting through Excel.

• Maintain and organize both physical and digital company files, with a focus on international documentation.

• Liaise with international colleagues to support cross-border administrative tasks and projects.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or management role, preferably within an international or fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and chart creation for analysis and reporting.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across time zones.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both

English and French.

• Familiarity with financial compliance and international documentation.

• Flexibility to work across time zones and handle global administrative tasks.

Fluency in English is mandatory• Must be Willing

to work in Djerba, Tunisia
