We’re seeking a passionate and highly-creative Operations Manager in Charge of F&B to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Resort and Thalasso, Hammamet -and to help them delivering incredible service and great experience to our guests, whilst having fun in the process!

Key Responsibilities:

Our hotel management team are industry experts and recognised leaders with the ability to prioritise a complex and hands-on workload, and who strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.


  • Our Operations Managers enjoy the challenge of running our show with main focus on F&B. It’s what makes your heart beat faster!
  • You will balance executing and delivering the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
  • You will work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
  • As right hand to the Hotel Manager, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel.


Requirements:


  • 3 years of experience in operations or Director of F&b within the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Is a creative problem-solver.
  • Passionate about creating extraordinary service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Likes having fun at work.
  • Fluent in French and Arabic. English language is a plus.

The Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso offers a peaceful retreat by the Mediterranean Sea. Formerly a small fishing town, Hammamet is nicknamed the “garden resort” for its white sand beaches intermingled with citrus trees and olive groves. Our hotel is just 500 meters from the nearest bus stop. All 274 rooms and suites provide access to the pool and the hotel features three on-site restaurants giving our guests a choice of Mediterranean, Tunisian or international cuisine, and 4 bars pour refreshing drinks. The hotel has versatile meeting rooms and several wedding locations.
