GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with clients and BPaaS Operations teams to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
• Clearly articulate and document business requirements and translate it into functional specifications.


• Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.


• Develop strong partnerships with clients that focus on being a trusted advisor.
• Work with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and other team members to design solutions.


• Participate in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, document test cases and results.
• Follow change management process regarding change deployment.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.



GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge of financial services industry.


Proven delivery track record of working as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.


Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.


Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.


• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.
