Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our growing team.
As a Salesforce Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining complex integrations across our Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are seamlessly connected and that data flows smoothly between them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations using a variety of technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure that integration solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce integration technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce integration development and administration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, security and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON and other data exchange formats.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing and data governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer)
- Experience with middleware platforms and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
