You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects. This includes planning, executing, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the project. Ensuring it is completed on time, within the budget and meets the business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements. Manage and coordinate project team members, both internal and external to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Track projects progress and budget, identifying any potential risks or issues and taking corrective action as needed. Communicate project status to the Head of Tech Ops and SAP Product Manager. Manage change requests and ensure they are evaluated, approved and implemented properly. Conduct project post-mortems and identify lessons learned for future projects.

Education and/or work experience requirements

Experience & qualifications:

Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 9+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years of experience managing SAP Projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations. PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus

Hard skills (vocational requirements):

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its various modules. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Soft skills (behavioral requirements):

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and results-oriented approach.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of business processes and requirement analysis. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Experience with issue tracking and project management tools, such as JIRA.
