Apporteur d'affaire/Business Developer (Software Consulting Firm)

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Business Developer to join our software consulting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, helping drive growth by connecting companies with our consulting services. If you have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a well-established professional network, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and prospect companies in need of software consulting services and technical solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, CTOs, directors) and maintain an ongoing presence to support their needs.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Proposals: Understand potential clients' specific challenges and needs, and present our services as tailored solutions.
  • Company Representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our firm’s expertise and strengthen our brand visibility in the industry.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and project alignment.
  • Client Follow-Up and Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction post-sales, fostering positive relationships for future business opportunities.

Ideal Profile:

  • Previous Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role, ideally within the IT or software consulting industry.
  • Autonomous and Proactive: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take the initiative to reach sales goals.
  • Established Network: A strong professional network in various industries (large corporations, SMEs, startups) is highly desirable.
  • Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating with senior executives and closing service contracts.
  • Knowledge of the IT Sector: Solid understanding of software development solutions, industry trends, and typical software needs of businesses.
  • Mobility and Availability: Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend professional events.
  • Fluent English and Fluent French. Other languages are a plus.

Compensation:
