Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations and government relations for our new office in Tunisia. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and handling all administrative tasks to support business operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of Tunisiaan regulations and business practices.


Key Responsibilities:


      • Office Administration:
  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  2. Handle office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
  4. Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases.
Government Relations:
  1. Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant government entities.
  2. Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring the business operates within legal guidelines.
Facilities Management:
  1. Oversee office space setup, including lease agreements, utilities, and general Maintenance.
  2. Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to within the office environment.
Coordination and Communication:
  1. Act as a liaison between the company and local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
  2. Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities as needed.
  3. Manage internal communication regarding office policies and administrative updates.
