Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing executive at Advantry X. The Sales Marketing Executive will execute sales strategies, manage marketing campaigns, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related roles is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and preparing marketing materials.
- Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to close deals and influence customer decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze market trends and campaign results.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. and engineering, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Marketing responsibilities
1. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors to enhance marketing strategies.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Develop content for brochures, social media, websites, and other platforms.
3. Event Coordination:
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Represent the company professionally to build brand visibility.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Track and optimize performance metrics for digital campaigns.
Sales responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Build a pipeline of potential customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
3. Sales Targets:
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demonstrations.
4. Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals.
Reporting and analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities and outcomes.
- Use CRM tools and marketing analytics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
