Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing executive at Advantry X. The Sales Marketing Executive will execute sales strategies, manage marketing campaigns, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related roles is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and preparing marketing materials.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to close deals and influence customer decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze market trends and campaign results.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. and engineering, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.


Marketing responsibilities

1. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors to enhance marketing strategies.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Develop content for brochures, social media, websites, and other platforms.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Represent the company professionally to build brand visibility.

4. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Track and optimize performance metrics for digital campaigns.



Sales responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
  • Build a pipeline of potential customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

3. Sales Targets:

  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demonstrations.

4. Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals.

Reporting and analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities and outcomes.
  • Use CRM tools and marketing analytics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
