✓ Act as a bridge between the sales, product development, and customer support teams, providing valuable feedback from the field to drive product enhancements and innovation.
✓ Submit reports and recommendations followed by each meeting with the prospect or client of the company.
✓ Provide weekly status report to the Sales Manager.
✓ Prepare and submit necessary inputs and reports to the management as and when required.
✓ Prepare and maintain records of respective activities as per the responsibility of Sales Manager.
✓ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for product development and positioning.
Skills
✓ Should possess graduation in related discipline.
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✓ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or similar role.
✓ Able to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets.
✓ Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
✓ Excellent time management skills with ability to work with deadlines.
✓ Ability to work in a self-motivated, independent, yet responsible way with a high degree of autonomy.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
