Job Responsibilities:

  • l Capture arising market opportunities
  • l Acquisition of new customers
  • l Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
  • l Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  • l Support marketing activities and market communication
  • l Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
  • l Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region

Qualification Criteria:


  • l Minimum 2 years field sales experience in PV industry. Thorough knowledge of PV local market industry dynamics and landscape is required.
  • l Recent and successful B2B sales experience in international PV/ Solar or related ndustry
  • l Experience in working for global companies and must have an international mindset
  • l Experience in Distribution & C& I space
  • l Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
  • l Solid knowledge of Storage Solution is an added advantage
  • l Strong negotiation, communication , problem solving and organization skills
  • l Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
