Job Description
- Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters: - Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs - Supports strategic workforce planning - Submits assignment needs to HR Recruiting for further execution and supports Interviews if necessary
- Coordinates & manages HR related topics for the respective leader or area - Supports the talent management and successor planning - Supports the leader within the salary change process and with training selection - Submits exit support for further execution
- Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, skill management and team development
- Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures
- Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
• Education Level : University Degree in a relevant field
• Language: English & French
