Project Title
Environmental & OH&S Performance Monitoring System and Internal Audit Preparation for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Mission Summary
This project focuses on establishing environmental & safety KPIs, monitoring systems, dashboards, and preparing for internal audits and certification readiness.
Core Tasks
- Define KPIs for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Build dashboards and monitoring tools
- Conduct performance measurements
- Create integrated audit checklists for 9001/27001/14001/45001
- Conduct pre-audits & gap analysis
- Build certification roadmap
Expected Deliverables
- KPI dashboard
- Internal audit checklist
- Internal audit report
- Gap analysis report
- Certification roadmap
- Input for management review
Contribution to IMS
Creates the evaluation & performance improvement system required for certification.
Qualifications
Final-year Engineering student or Master’s degree student in:
- Environmental Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Health & Safety Engineering
- Quality Management
- Environmental Management
- Or any related field
Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) is a strong asset.
