• Manage the project with respect to engineering changes and changes to the annual model, while ensuring project performance

  
  

  Among your role :

  
  

• Freeze the Engineering Level with SC for each project phase

  
  

• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of engineering changes

  
  

• Ensure proper planning of engineering change introductions and seamless coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders

  
  

• Develop and monitor change request documentation according to the defined standard

  
  

• Maintain up-to-date material and time calculation records in SAP, through periodic verification – generate a 5 Whys report in case of discrepancies

  
  

• Define the investments required for various engineering changes and new models and ensure budget monitoring

  
  

• Define and update wire and tube lengths for cabling

  
  

• Edit splice configuration documents

  
  

• Ensure mastery of internal technical documentation and maintain control of the IT system

  
  

• Ensure PFMEA revision following engineering changes and customer deviations by applying the required actions.

  
  

• Monitor the assembly of pre-series and after-sales cabling

  
  

• Your background :

  
  

• Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)

  
  

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in ndustry

  
  

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  
  

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  
  

• Good verbal and written communication in English
