Job Description
: Maintain procedures and operating methods;
Update FMEA analyses of equipment
; Develop the maintenance plan within the framework of preventive and predictive maintenance;
Ensure the installation of new equipment ; Maintain
technical files; Carry out
and monitor preventive maintenance of equipment in compliance with safety rules;
Ensure increased monitoring and identify vulnerabilities within the scope and propose protective solutions;
Carry out the necessary diagnostics in case of malfunction, identify root causes, ensure and implement relevant solutions
; Verify proper operation after an intervention
; Capitalize on feedback and propose new solutions to improve production (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadlines);
Develop or contribute to the drafting of investment/renovation specifications for equipment and participate in the technical acceptance of new or modified equipment within the assigned scope
Participate in decision-making related to the choice of means
