Join Transcom as an HSE Facilities Audit Officer!
Be on the front line of growth and safety for our team, delivering impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
- Drive HSE & Environmental Compliance: Conduct regular HSE and environmental audits (supporting ISO 14001), monitoring waste management, energy usage, and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until closure.
- Safeguard Physical Information Security: Audit physical security controls (restricted areas, server rooms) to support ISO 27001 compliance, managing access restrictions and following up on corrective actions.
- Maintain Workplace Hygiene & Standards: Inspect cleanliness, safety, and workplace hygiene standards, while monitoring the SLA compliance and performance of external service providers.
- Champion Ergonomics & Employee Wellbeing: Conduct ergonomic and comfort-related risk assessments (covering lighting, ventilation, posture, noise, and temperature) on production floors, collaborating with HR and Operations on wellbeing initiatives.
- Support Risk Prevention & Business Continuity: Participate in emergency response, evacuation readiness, and crisis preparedness exercises while supporting Site Management with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Ensure Administrative & Reporting Excellence: Prepare detailed audit reports, maintain compliance dashboards, and meticulously track CAPA actions with key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, HSE, or a related field;
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a B2 level (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing);
- Previous Experience: Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role performing audit, inspection, or compliance monitoring tasks (experience within the BPO sector is a major asset);
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 standards is highly advantageous;
- IT Skills: Intermediate level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and email communication tools;
- Core Competencies: Exceptional skills in Planning & Organization, Communication, Analytical & Resolutionary Thinking, and a strong Focus on Quality;
- Mindset: Adaptability, flexibility, a positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings, and the ability to remain motivated and composed under pressure.
