Job Description: We are looking for our future Senior Urban Planner to join Preventimmo, a subsidiary of the Septeo Group. Within the Delivery Department, you will participate in the production, control, and development of geographic data that powers our digital solutions. As a true expert in territorial data, you will contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability, and relevance of the information used by our clients. Your daily tasks will include: collecting, integrating, and structuring geographic data from various sources; verifying the quality, consistency, and completeness of data before it is put into production; performing spatial analyses and GIS processing; and maintaining and developing the geographic reference systems used by Preventimmo solutions. Ensure regulatory and mapping monitoring to guarantee the updating of databases; Identify anomalies and implement appropriate corrective actions; Participate in the continuous improvement and automation of processes; Collaborate with the Data, Product, Development, Delivery and Support teams; Document procedures and reference materials to guarantee their sustainability and sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

With a higher education degree in geography, urban planning, geomatics, or a related field, you have significant experience in a similar environment.
