Account Manager

  • Identifies and capture opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Designated point-of-contact to manage and handle various clients and accounts and also focuses on fostering a relationship with the clients, preferably long term.
  • With an emphasis on client satisfaction by building long-term relationships, an account manager portrays the primary duty of acting as the go-to person for handling accounts and clients assigned to him, and assist them with any queries.
  • Convey the end goals, contractual and non-contractual obligations, and other facets of a client's business with the internal team to speak on behalf of the client and look out for their interests.
