We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and assist in managing our apartment for guests. The ideal candidate will ensure that the apartment maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all rooms in the apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.
• Ensure that all surfaces, furniture, and appliances are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Change linens, make beds, and provide fresh towels for incoming guests.
• Stock essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments.
• Coordinate with the property manager to schedule guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that the apartment is ready for new guests in a timely manner.
• Communicate with guests to address any special requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages within the apartment to ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requests for replenishment as necessary.
• Uphold security and privacy standards to protect the belongings and privacy of guests.

Education and Experience:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus.
