High technical proficiency in Mac OS X, Photoshop, and Wacom pen tablet (preferred) High proficiency working in MS Windows environment and using PCs Ability and desire to learn additional technologies and applications Strong knowledge of masks and masking techniques Proficient with Photoshop’s pen tool Complete understanding of smart objects Strong retouching and color correcting skills Proven experience retouching product photography A complete understanding of layers. Including but not limited to, modes, adjustments and structure Excellent eye for detail Proactive, motivated, dedicated, and able to take initiative Deadline-oriented, flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration skills in order to work effectively with a team of designers, project managers, engineers and marketing associates Sense of humor is a must
