We are looking for HR Manager, to join our team in Tunisia. The successful candidate will give support to the business in Tunisia, with a strong focus on the employee lifecycle (recruitment, alignment and integration, professional development and exit/retirement). From HR we have the mission to give support to our employees from recruitment to retirement, reinforcing our sense of social community (we are more than a group of people working together; we share the MTS Globe values!).
Following the MTS Globe HR model, you will set up the HR department in our Tunisia (Hammamet) Destination office. You will drive the appropriate solutions in the following areas: internal communication, employee relations, leadership development and training.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Identifying the best sources and methods to locate the best candidates for our open positions according to key requirements (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.). This includes creating job descriptions, publication of vacancies, screening, conducting interviews, create ad hoc candidates reports, etc.
- Welcome on board new employees: Prepare all the Welcoming processes for the new employees in the company, accompany new-joiners on their first days and organizing the trainings with the different departments. Giving support to the Managers for the integration of new colleagues.
- Training: Support the managers in the creation, design and monitoring the annual Training Plan.
- Social Community: Reinforce the company values, team spirit and sense of belonging.
Requirements:
- HR professional with 4 to 6 years' experience in an international environment, with a HR generalist role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
