In this role,
WFM Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for the flow of data between the ADP Time & Attendance / Workforce Manager product and the client’s HR, Payroll and other management systems.
The WFM TC configures and develops the Workforce Manager interfaces and serves as the expert regarding data best practices within the Time & Attendance Domain. Preferred Knowledge of languages (JavaScript, JSON, Groovy, SQL, Boomi). You'll combine your analytic skills with your ability to convert complex data—consulting with customers to analyze data and build confidence to use our products with ease. You'll leverage our training programs and service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

What you can expect on a typical day:
You will partner with clients to truly understand their business and related needs, building long term trust.
Design and document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope. Take ownership of the
configuration and work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed. Become the most credible resource, focused on analyzing the client’s existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. Be a team player who seeks to understand the business and asks questions to other members of the client project team, sales, and client service. Take ownership of issues and gaps between client requirement and ADP WFM product and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them. Provide guidance to the client in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios). Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping and conversion.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
Experience deploying and working with Interfaces, API, databridges... etc. Experience working cross functional teams. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.
Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
Implementation Experience: Demonstrated participation in implementation projects, with hands-on experience in conducting solution walkthrough sessions that facilitate a smooth transition for stakeholders.
HCM Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, specifically in Time & Attendance solutions such as Kronos, Dimensions, and Workforce Management (WFM).
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with programming and integrations, with experience in languages and tools including SQL, XML, JSON, Groovy, Boomi, and Certinia—enhancing overall project efficiency.
Web Technology Savvy: Strong understanding of contemporary web technologies, coupled with practical knowledge of multiple operating systems, ensuring versatility in project environments.
