Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at tradrly in Mahdia, Tunisia. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Market Trends and Customer Needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in French and English, to draft clear and compelling proposals.
  • Experience in IT Business Development: Preferably in web, mobile, or AI projects. Experience in writing proposals for tenders or similar opportunities is a strong asset.
