Job Title: JuniorPricing Specialist Report to: Pricing & Promotions Team Lead Location: Tunis, Tunisia Overview of Role:
The role of the Pricing Specialist is to compile product and pricing data from a range of competitor websites across multiple countries and identify and report on trends in pricing and promotional activity to the business. In addition, the Pricing Specialist is responsible for ensuring price changes and promotional discounts are loaded accurately and on time. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of the product range and relevant product attributes. The Pricing Specialist will work with a variety web-based programs to manage price, cost, product attributes and competitor product matches.
What you will do:
- Assemble detailed pricing analysis and product data from competitor websites
- Identify and document equivalent competitor products using product attributes
- Monitor and report on competitor promotional activity and market trends
- Load price changes in line with pricing strategy and margin policy
- Provide ad hoc reviews of key metrics including cost, margin, and price index
- Execute promotional activities across various channels using web applications
- Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders including Country Managers, Merchandising, Product Data Management and Pricing Analytics teams
- Other duties as assigned

The candidate should be comfortable working with web-based applications as well as large datasets and display the ability to solve problems creatively. We are looking for a results-driven team player with a strong willingness to learn and excellent communication skills.
Experience:
- University degree or technical certificate required
- Previous working experience in market research or competitive analysis preferred
Skills and abilities:
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Diligence and excellent attention to detail required
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Proactive and clear communicator
- Languages:
o English intermediate proficiency required
o Other languages are a plus:
