We are looking for a Data Entry Associate to clean data from various CRM databases to sheets.

The data will come in various forms, all need to be standardized and formatted.

The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a HUGE keen eye for detail, this means consistency. You will report to the Data Science Manager and COO.

Understanding data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through digital database, sheets.

The right candidate will help us move our data cleansing from Sheets to Big Query. The right individual will be a level 7-8 in Excel formulas with the passion to grow in the position by delivering value with their data analysis and data storytelling abilities.

• Cleanse and format data provided directly from CRM systems into Google DRIVE
  
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  
• Update existing data
  
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  
• Create reports from data entered
  

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk
  
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel
  
• etc.)
  
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  
• Basic understanding of databases
  
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  
• Great attention to detail
  
• Ability to tell a story with the data
  
• Able to interpret data and verbalize pattern recognition
