Overview of Role:


The Inside Sales Supervisor, North America will be responsible for overseeing a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring daily sales operations run smoothly, and supporting revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the promotional products industry. The Supervisor will focus on driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a customer-centric sales culture. This role will report to Inside Sales leadership and collaborate closely with field sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:


      Team Leadership & Coaching:


  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentoring to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Conduct structured one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

      Sales Execution & Customer Engagement:


  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to ensure strong customer engagement and account growth.
  • Drive new business acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Support and guide team members in executing strategic follow-ups, quotes, and upselling initiatives.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure efficient resolution.

    Operational Excellence & Reporting:


  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practices to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer interactions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize team performance.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to leadership.

   Strategic Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:


  • Work closely with field sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and improve customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and sales programs to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate sales policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales processes, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and sales best practices.
  • Experience in the promotional products industry or B2B sales is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
