Mission

Key missions of the position:

• verify conformity of components supplied on a site level, detect, contain, analyse and report incidents
• Ensure Implementation of relevant quality requirements of WMS & IMS / IRIS.
• Manage follow up of non-quality costs related to supplied parts and ensure charge back to suppliers

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Examine incoming parts for defects, damage, or non-conformance.
• Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform visual and Dimensional inspections includes GD&T parameters based on Drawings and specifications.
• Evaluating roughness and surface treatment process quality
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate logs of findings.
• Tag and quarantine non-conforming materials.
• Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant departments.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding non-conformance and corrective actions.
• Ensure inspections comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
